Room 2 - Captain's Quarters
This beautiful Junior Suite is located on the second floor and comes with a balcony, an ensuite bathroom, private bedroom sitting/dining area, and a galley kitchenette. Enjoy the magnifigant sunsets from the balcony while you watch the ships go by. The Captian's Quarters is decorated with bright whites, teals and nautical coral tones. The sitting area consists of a plush loveseat, dinnette and comfortable reading chairs. The artwork throughout this suite has been painted by local artists and hangs in each room. This suite faces both the east and west and captures the sunrise and sunset. A truely lovely space to relax and unwind as you enjoy your stay!

Room 8 - Seaside Cottage
The Seaside Cottage is a romantic hideaway located on the second floor of the Carriage House. There is plenty of space to relax in this luxury suite which consists of a master bedroom and bath, sitting area with loveseat and reading chairs, a galley kitchenette and a seaside private deck. The cottage is decorated in a seaside theme with hints of the Maine seashore throughout. The suite is equipt with dinnerware, glassware, coffee and tea maker, microwave and refriderator, flat screened tv and wifi. Our long term guests love this private romantic retreat when they wish to visit Boothbay Harbor. Available to book both long and short term stays.
